Fashion for a Cause was hosted in Houston recently at The Marque in CityCentre. Houston renowned handbag designer Elaine Turner hosted the event benefiting Champions Kids Camp. Houston-based boutique BHLDN's looks hit the runway paired with Elaine Turner's handbags and All Ze Details finalized the looks.
BHLDN's dresses are perfect for any summer cocktail or formal and are notorious for popping up on chic fashion-forward individuals at weddings.
Crowd favorites were the Persephone Shift, the Seaside holiday dress, the burnished organza gown, the crashing waves gown, and the ribbon silk gown. All evening gowns were shifts, meaning that they can also be ordered in ivory as a bridal gown.
The crashing waves gown is a lovely single-shoulder strap dress with soft ruffles that shows off the body's curves or can even create curves for those who don't have them. Created by Va Et Vien, this is a classic piece.
The event was hosted in The Empire Lounge at the Marque and the turnout for the benefit was incredibly packed and the fashion absolutely lovely.
