The Shiner Gaslight Theatre Board of Directors awarded Thespian Gaslight Scholarships to six Shiner High School 2012 graduates.

The recipients were: Nicholle Tieken, Jake Jalufka, Zach Lawrence, Kaci Pesek, Michelle Hamilton and Cassie Stafford.

To be eligible, a candidate had to fulfill specific requirements set by the Gaslight Board including volunteering at the theatre.
