Thumbs-up to people who are considerate of others. Yesterday, on several occasions while I shopped, young men would open doors and help me carry things. The gestures made a huge impression on me in these times of anger and self-serving attitudes. Still some nice people out there.
Thumbs-up to the great time we had at the Victoria Livestock Show. It was the best ever. Thanks to everyone involved.
Thumbs-down to the Victoria Public Library for letting folks sleep and snore unkindly, kids running around making noise, babies crying and also the usage of those on their cell phones unkindly talking loud. Where is the staff?
Thumbs-down to our veterans not being served. The VA ought to be ashamed.
