All of Saturday's games in the 43rd Annual VISD Baseball Tournament at Riverside Stadium were canceled because of the rain.

Victoria West, Victoria East and Converse Judson each finished the tournament with 2-0 records, and Cuero went 1-0.

East (7-7) returns to action Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Alice. The Titans will play San Antonio East Central on Thursday at 3 p.m. at Riverside Stadium.

West (4-6) will play Corpus Christi King on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Riverside Stadium.

Rockport-Fulton will travel to Riverside Stadium on Friday to play East at 1 p.m. and West at 3:30 p.m.

St. Joseph (5-5) will play in the Weimar tournament on Thursday.

Weather forces delay of UHV-Texas Weslayan series

The University of Houston-Victoria baseball team will have to wait another day to play its next game.

This weekend's rain forced cancellation of Sunday's game against Texas Wesleyan University at Riverside Stadium.

The teams are still scheduled to play a doubleheader at Riverside Stadium on Monday at 1 p.m., and it's possible Sunday's game could be made up Tuesday.

The Jaguars (4-10) haven't played since dropping a 3-2 decision at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Tuesday. UHV's last home game was on Feb. 28.

The Rams (17-6) had a weekend series against Huston-Tillotson rained out.
