    My question would be, do they plan on hiring a full time park ranger to cut down on crime and vandalism?

    Really does sound great....just a question...by all means i am Not bashing...When the next flood hits and washes half of this away...then what?...ive been going to Riverside Park since the 70s...and Everytime they add something to better the park...due to mother nature, wear and tear or misuse...it never last.

    a dog park would be a nice addition to the Victoria park system

    Finally! Thank you Parks Dept for the wonderful plans. Hiking, biking and dog parks would be a wonderful way to get started. Excited for our future areas.
