Wanted to clarify the facts. This is what TxDOT provided to the media on Thursday afternoon:

The TxDOT employee attempted evasive action to avoid a head-on collision and injury to a third party when his load of cold mix asphalt began to sway and the TxDOT dump truck rolled over. Fortunately, the TxDOT employee sustained minor injuries and was treated at a Corpus Christi hospital.
As is standard practice following these types of incidents, all TxDOT Maintenance crews are on a safety stand down to review truck loading procedures, proper securing of loads, and other measures to ensure the safety of our employees and the traveling public.

And, troof, this is funny because.....?
