What would you do for the best breakfast taco in town?

For Reyna Herrera, owner of TNT Restaurant, the answer is simple: Anything.

Herrera has been dedicated to the business for more than 23 years.

From finding babysitters to watch her daughter so she can make tortillas at 3 a.m., to finding new locations after landlords sold the property, expanding and eventually buying a building, Herrera does it all for the love of food.

With passion like hers, it's no surprise Victorians keep voting TNT as the best place for a breakfast taco.

Herrera serves up more than 1,000 breakfast tacos a week, all on her signature homemade tortillas.

The atmosphere has a role, too.

"If you were to go to TNT and ask for an egg taco, you'll taste it," Herrera said. "If I were to make it at my house, it wouldn't taste the same."

TNT is open from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and 5:30 a.m. to noon Saturday.
