Co-owner Ricky Mumphord said his nieces handle the catering aspect of the business.

From serving small quinceaneras to nearly 700 plates at some of the area's large industrial plants, Mumphord said they can do it all.

Last year, the restaurant was first runner up in the category.

The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.
