Co-owner George Charkalis has more than 36 years in the restaurant industry and knows a thing or two about catering to couples.

"It's always been a combination of food, service and entertainment," Charkalis said. "I guess six years here in Victoria has been real rewarding."

Greek Bros. favorites include the shrimp Cozumel, ribeye, tuna and salmon, and a sampler platter of steak tidbits and shrimp.

The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday.
