The 100 Club of Victoria awarded its first tuition reimbursement scholarship to Victoria Police Department Officer Zachary DeLaRosa Wednesday under the new Victoria Law Enforcement Academic Fund program.

Under the program, local officers can apply for tuition reimbursement, which is awarded to selected candidates on an annual basis.
