Arrested• VICTORIA - Aurelio Noe Balderas Jr., 27, of Victoria, by deputies Friday on a warrant charging him with felony violation of probation in a burglary of a habitation case.

• VICTORIA - Steve Spencer Gilley, 48, of Goliad, by deputies Friday on a warrant charging him with theft.

• VICTORIA - Vanessa Mosqueda, 31, of Victoria, by deputies Friday on a warrant charging her with violation of probation in a theft case.

• VICTORIA - Christopher Lee Garcia, 19, of Victoria, by officers Thursday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a possession of a controlled substance case.

• VICTORIA - A 24-year-old Telferner man, by a Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force Friday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

• VICTORIA - Eligio Abel Hernandez, 27, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a wrong, altered, obscured or fictitious vehicle registration case.

• VICTORIA - An 18-year-old Victoria man, by officers Thursday on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Burglarized• VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 200 block of Hampton Court. Headphones valued at $400 were reported missing on Thursday.

• VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 1600 block of East Brazos Street. Cash totaling $26 was reported missing on Thursday.
