Arrested

VICTORIA - David Matthew Tullos, 91, of Marble Falls, by deputies Monday on Burnett County warrants charging him with theft less than $1,500, issuance of a bad check, no hunter education card and hunting while not in opened season.

VICTORIA - Jose Cuellar Jr., 28, of Victoria, by deputies Monday on a warrant charging him with theft of property between $500 and $1,500.
