Principal of Industrial Junior High School selected for honor

Caleb McCain, Principal of Industrial Junior High School in Vanderbilt has been selected to represent the Texas Association of Secondary School Principals as a Region III Outstanding Principal of the year. School administrators are nominated and chosen by their peers within their regions based upon exemplary performance and outstanding leadership. McCain, a 2-year principal, has been a member of the leadership team at Industrial I.S.D. since 2008. He attended Sam Houston State University and University of Houston-Victoria and was awarded a Masters of Education in Administration and Supervision-Educational Leadership. The region winners will be recognized during the Josten's Night of the Stars Awards Dinner on Tuesday, June 11, at the Hilton Austin Hotel.
