Thank you for honoring Vietnam veterans

Editor, the Advocate:
Mr. Ron Kocian, in my eyes I see you leading an army of angels in Heaven; may God always be with you.
As for us old soldiers, our time has passed, and you have brought us back like young soldiers. What happened, happened. It is in the past. We live and sometimes can forget, but what you are doing - and everyone who supports the idea of "The Parade that Never Was" - is tugging at our hearts, and it is never too late, as long as we never forget the ones that gave all, in every war, including these young soldiers from the Vietnam War.
May God keep everyone that remembers in His hands.
