Sentenced• VICTORIA - Gilbert Lee Martinez, 28, of Beeville, to two years in state jail after his probation for a 2007 evading arrest detention with a vehicle conviction was revoked Tuesday.

VICTORIA - Jacob Rey Rodriguez, also known as Jacob Rey-Palacios Rodriguez, 19, of Victoria, to 18 months in state jail after his probation for a 2011 controlled substance conviction was revoked Tuesday.• VICTORIA - David Michael Vasquez, 21, of Victoria to 18 months in state jail after his probation for a 2011 theft of less than $20,000 of wire or cable that's 50 percent aluminum, bronze or copper was revoked Tuesday.

• VICTORIA - Desiree Jacklyn Rodriguez, 17, of Victoria, to three years of probation and 80 hours of community service Wednesday after she pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a vehicle.

VICTORIA - Mark Anthony O'Riley, 41, of Port Lavaca, to five years of probation and 80 hours of community service Wednesday after pleading guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.• VICTORIA - Ramona Wilson, 51, of Victoria, to five years of probation and 80 hours of community service Wednesday after pleading guilty to theft stolen property of less than $1,500 with two prior convictions.

• VICTORIA - Megan Grace Chacon, 18, of Victoria, to five years of probation and 200 hours of community service Wednesday after pleading guilty to the theft of less than $20,000 of wire or cable that's 50 percent aluminum, bronze or copper.

• VICTORIA - Teara McPherson, 34, of Nixon, to 10 years of probation and 240 hours of community service Wednesday after pleading guilty to burglary of a habitation.

VICTORIA - Christopher Richter, 28, of Victoria, to 10 years of probation and 300 hours of community service Wednesday after pleading guilty to engaging in organized criminal activity.• VICTORIA - Arron Michael Stanford, 32, of Victoria, to four years in prison Wednesday after pleading guilty to one count burglary of a habitation. He also received 10 years of probation and 200 community service hours after pleading guilty to another burglary of a habitation charge.

• VICTORIA - Paul Reyna, 23, of Victoria, to two years of probation and 80 hours of community service Wednesday after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance less than 28 grams in a drug-free zone.
