League of Women Voters sets candidate forum

Election Day is fast approaching, and if you're still puzzled over which candidate to vote for, you've got the chance to hear from some of them in person.

The League of Women Voters is conducting a candidate forum to give you a chance to hear from the candidates on Monday evening.

The candidate forum is slated to be at 6 p.m. Monday at the Leo J. Welder Center.

Invited candidates include races for U.S. Representative, District 27; state representative, District 30; State Board of Education, District 2; District Judge, District 24; County Commissioner, Precinct 1 and Precinct 3 and County Tax Assessor/Collector.

The event is also sponsored by the Victoria College Student Government Association.
