New shoe and boot repair shop opens

Laurent St. Co-owned by Manuel Moreno and Dawn Gonzalez, the business offers shoe and boot repair, shines, shoe stretching and orthopedic work. Moreno is the third generation of his family in the business. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. For more information, call 361-904-3731.
