Allan Berger was honored at the Victoria Electric Cooperative's annual meeting Oct. 20 for 30 years of service as a board member of the Victoria Electric Cooperative's board of directors. Berger's retirement gift was a lamp and a framed resolution of appreciation. He is pictured with his wife, Delores Berger.
