Homeowner gets into Halloween spirit

While many folks in Victoria have been slow to decorate for Halloween, we found a few who more than made up for those of us who aren't quite in the spirit.

One such house, belonging to Linda Mosely at 1102 Wolfram St., was fairly crawling with creatures. Mosely said she starts putting decorations out on Oct. 1 and works to get everything in place by Halloween. She's done this every year for the past 20 years.

Here are three of the best decorated homes we found while we were out looking.
