The Bride wore a stunning diamond white Maggie Sottero strapless sweetheart neckline bridal gown, with corset closure and an A-line silhouette. The ruched bordeaux taffeta bodice flowed into swirling pleated ruffles creating sensational depth in the skirt. The waist was accented with a sash adorned with a crystal and silver pendent. For something borrowed, the bride wore her sisters' chapel length veil, and something old, wore her great grandmother's wedding ring and carried the handkerchief that was used on her Baptism. Something blue were her royal blue suede shoes adorned with rhinestone bows. She carried a broach bouquet she created using new and vintage broaches she collected and received from friends and family.
The Groom wore a light gray suit with a white shirt and vest and tie.
A reception dinner and dance was held at The Venue in Cuero. The wedding cake was made by Madi's Nanny, Doris Koehler; it consisted of 3 tiers of swirling butter cream icing, resembling the skirt of the wedding dress. Atop the cake sat M&C initials of silver and rhinestones. An ice cream bar with all the trimming was enjoyed by everyone.
