Excel Nails, 2510 N. Laurent St., recently underwent a facelift. The nail salon, which has called Victoria home for 12 years, installed new flooring, massaging pedicure chairs and marble-topped manicure tables, Manager Mary Pham said.

The salon offers manicures and pedicures, as well as both solar and gel nails. While appointments are available, walk-ins are also welcome. For more information, call 361-576-4383.
