The following is the menu for the Victoria Senior Activity Center for Sept. 17-21. Milk and bread are served with each meal.• MONDAY - Chicken and noodle casserole with mushrooms, peas, crackers, fruit cup

• TUESDAY - Spaghetti and meat sauce, spinach, tossed salad with dressing, garlic bread, prunes

• WEDNESDAY - Tuna and rice casserole, stewed tomatoes, green beans, crackers, raspberry gelatin with fruit

• THURSDAY - Mexican chicken breast, pinto beans, Spanish rice, corn bread, tossed salad with cucumbers, angel food cake with cherry sauce topping

FRIDAY - Salisbury steak, brown gravy, mashed potatoes, succotash, cinnamon apples
