Shirley Pullin was transported to Citizens Medical Center after her SUV rolled over into a ditch at noon Friday.
Pullin was involved in a two-vehicle wreck that occurred at the intersection of Nursery and Tropical Drives, across from Victoria West High School.
Peggy Hogan, 76, the driver of the second car, had no injuries and relatives later picked her up from accident site.
Police said Hogan ran a stop sign while driving west on Tropical Drive.
Pullin, 60, was treated and released from the hospital, a hospital spokesman said.
Pullin's Chevrolet Tahoe flipped multiple times, said Victoria Fire Department Battalion Chief Shannon Martin.
The front end of Hogan's Chevrolet Impala was knocked into the street. Pullin's SUV had deployed airbags with a shattered front windshield, the roof was smashed due to the impact.
Victoria Police Department Senior Patrol Officer Sherry Hornstein said she did not issue Hogan a citation and there will be no further investigation.
