Thumbs-up, thumbs-down; it's your choice

THUMBS-DOWN

Thumbs-down to the unfinished roadwork. The beautiful new paved Sam Houston has been finished for a while and from one end to the other there is small gravel next to both curbs. One sweeper/vacuum truck pass would take care of this.

Thumbs-down to all the people giving grief to the man over his right of free speech and his Obama sign. Simply stated, he wants Obama replaced from office, period. Everyone else is adding to it and then claiming to be outraged by it! I would think a reverend could use her values on something more worthy than a petition over a sign.

Instead, how about everyone getting outraged about our homeless veterans who put their lives on the line for us, or our starving children in this country, or our abused and murdered babies! Now that's something to be outraged about.
