Gregorio Baladez, 30; Alexander Salazar, 36; and Rudy Salazar, 43, were charged with manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance in a drug-free zone and engaging in organized criminal activity.
Salazar and Mark Perez, 50, were charged with possession of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone.
The investigation is ongoing and Sgt. Eline Moya, spokeswoman for the police department, said they do not know at this time if the activity was gang related.
She said the arrests stemmed from Crime Stoppers tips and narcotics investigations.
