The Heat Fitness relocated

The Heat Fitness relocated June 8 from Laurent Street to its new home at 4002 N. Main St. Owned by Nic Green and managed by Mike Pena, the fitness studio offers a variety of services, including one-on-one training, group classes, after-school programs, boot camps, athletic training and zumba. The company hopes to expand services down the road. Hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, with some scheduled classes outside of business hours. For more information, call 361-570-1300 or 361-218-1338. Three boutiques also call The Heat home. Gigi's Boutique, owned by Virginia Pena, Ooh La La, owned by Lucy Rivera, and Things That Match, owned by Jane Williams, offer items such as women's apparel, accessories, children's clothing, pageant wear and maternity wear. Hours are from noon to 7 p.m. Monday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. For more information, call 361-484-8155 or 361-578-1341.
