going on 16 multi-million dollar vacations and playing golf most of the rest of the time (over 100 games in over 20 different golf courses) does not leave hims much time to run for re-election much less run the country. Give him a break, after all it is his first job ever.

I would say that is a fair assessment. Presidents don't control the purse strings, and he cannot pass legislation until something is brought to him to sign, so lay your blame at the feet of Republican obstructionists.
