Editor, the Advocate:

The difference between the Edna Police Department and its district attorney who boast of serving and protecting all citizens within their jurisdiction and other cities' police departments and their district attorneys is that they actually do serve and protect all citizens within their jurisdiction, not just a select few. When those who have been placed in authority use that authority to oppress those they are given authority over, it is time to clean house.
