The Club at Colony Creek was voted best golf course in the Crossroads by readers of the Victoria Advocate.

The Club at Colony Creek just made a hole-in-one.

The 27-year-old golf course was voted best golf course in the Crossroads by readers of the Victoria Advocate, and golf professional Aaron Speaker said the new ownership has really helped.

"We treat everyone like a member of the club," Speaker said. "We've continued to improve over the past year."

The golf course is on a natural landscape off John Stockbauer Drive and offers an 18-hole course, a fully stocked golf shop, club fittings and golf lessons.

And for those who may not have their swing right or are just not ready to play on the course, Colony Creek also has a full-service restaurant, Speaker said.

All that Colony Creek offers makes it an ideal place for those wanting to hit the green, Speaker said.

"I think with the new ownership taking over, all that hard work has been very receptive by the public," he said. "We just appreciated everyone's business and support."
