Thumbs-up, thumbs-down; it's your choice

Thumbs-up to Walter Williams for his syndicated column in the July 31 Advocate. It should be read by everyone. The facts are there, backed by the statistics.
Thumbs-down to Rissa Shaw of our local TV station who made her personal opinion known on the nightly news that she did not welcome George Zimmerman in Texas. Mr. Zimmerman was found not guilty by a jury of his peers and has every right to travel through Texas. Please be a little more professional, Ms. Shaw, and keep your personal opinions to yourself.
