Arrested

VICTORIA - Robert Carlos Vasquez, 29, of Victoria, by deputies Tuesday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a robbery case.

VICTORIA - Alfred Firova Jr., 22, of Refugio, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a manufacturing and delivering of a controlled substance case.

VICTORIA - A 35-year-old Cuero woman by officers Wednesday on suspicion of theft of property with two or more previous convictions.

VICTORIA - Michelle Suzianna Gomez, 20, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging her with violation of probation in a theft of property case.

VICTORIA - DeAidra Dawn Holley, 19, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging her with violation of probation in a theft of property case.

VICTORIA - A 35-year-old Yorktown man by troopers Wednesday on suspicion of driving without a license with previous convictions.

VICTORIA - Benny Ray Ramirez, 32, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a possession of a controlled substance case.

VICTORIA - Troy Jacob Serrano, 20, of Victoria, by officers Wednesday on a warrant charging him with criminal mischief.

VICTORIA - A 24-year-old Victoria woman by officers Wednesday on suspicion of forgery of a financial instrument.

VICTORIA - A 23-year-old Victoria man by officers Wednesday on suspicion of theft of property, a class C misdemeanor, and resisting arrest, search or transport.

Robbed

VICTORIA - A 31-year-old Victoria woman in the 1600 block of Azalea Street on Tuesday.

Stolen

VICTORIA - $9,500 cash from a specialty store in the 6700 block of North Navarro Street on Aug. 1.

VICTORIA - An iPhone and case valued at $650 from a restaurant in the 7100 block of North Navarro Street on Tuesday.

VICTORIA - A flat screen television valued at $1,000 from a home in the 2000 block of Lawndale Avenue on Tuesday.

Burglarized

VICTORIA - A school in the 1600 block of East North Street on Monday. Football jerseys, basketball reversible shorts and two prime system computers valued at $588 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 3300 block of Carsner Street on Tuesday. A CD player valued at $50 was reported missing.

VICTORIA - A home in the 3200 block of Coffey Street on Wednesday. A jigsaw and cable drill valued at $280 were reported missing.

Damaged

VICTORIA - A building in the 3700 block of North Navarro Street on Tuesday. Damages to a glass front door valued at $600 were reported.

Indicted

VICTORIA - A grand jury returned indictments on the following people Aug. 1.

Eugene Levar Johnson, 36, of Victoria, on a charge of manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance greater than or equal 1 gram, cocaine, in a drug-free zone May 15.

Melissa Ann Velez, 42, of Port Lavaca, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance more than 1 gram, methamphetamine, in a drug-free zone May 15.

Rhonda Ann Strain, 55, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, methamphetamine, in a drug-free zone May 15. She was also indicted on charges of having a prohibited substance, methamphetamine, in a correctional facility and possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, cocaine, in a drug-free zone July 5.

Eric Matthew Jimenez, 22, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams, oxycodone, May 20.

Terek Sharrod Hayes, 36, of Victoria, on a charges of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, cocaine, in a drug-free zone, and tampering with physical evidence with the intent to impair May 19.

Raul Ramirez, 31, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, cocaine, in a drug-free zone May 19.
