THUMBS-UP

Thumbs-up to Chip Dence for his very practical suggestions about restoring historic buildings. These changes are badly needed.

Marie, Victoria

THUMBS-DOWN

Thumbs-down while laughing out loud at posters who rip Fox News for being biased and then quote and actually praise commentators.

Roy, Victoria

Thumbs-down to those doctor's offices in Victoria that do not know that an employer's group health plan pays first, then Medicare pays second. Don't argue with the patient who knows about insurance.
