Crashed

VICTORIA -No one was injured in a two-car collision Thursday at the intersection of 400 Industrial Drive and North Navarro Street.

VICTORIA - One person was treated and released from a Victoria hospital after a two-vehicle wreck Wednesday night in the 1100 block of Salem Road and 1000 block of Salem Road.

Arrested

VICTORIA - Cody Waylan-Bennett Lawson, 24, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging him with engaging in organized criminal activity.

VICTORIA - A 38-year-old Victoria woman by officers Wednesday on suspicion of theft of property with two or more convictions.

VICTORIA - Mary Ann Gutierrez, 47, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging her with theft of property with two of more convictions.

Burglarized

VICTORIA - A building in the 1100 block of East Red River Street on Wednesday. An aluminum, 32-inch extension ladder valued at $300 was reported missing.

Stolen

VICTORIA - $1,760.62 from a restaurant in the 3100 block of North Navarro Street on Wednesday.

VICTORIA - A black 1999 Honda Accord valued at $2,500 from a home in the 2700 block of Robin Lane on Wednesday.

Damaged

VICTORIA - Vehicle windows in the 1000 block of East Brazos Street on Sunday with unknown damages reported.

VICTORIA - A security light at a home in the 6000 block of Country Club Drive on Monday. The damage was valued at $50.

VICTORIA - A door frame in the 1400 block of Southwest Moody Street on Monday. The damage was valued at $50.

Indicted

Editor's Note: An indictment is not an indication of guilt. It is a finding by a grand jury that enough evidence exists to warrant a trial.

VICTORIA - A grand jury returned indictments on the following people Aug. 1:

Miguel Galvez-Rodriguez, 20, of Bloomington, on charges of burglary of a habitation and theft. He is charged with stealing knives, cards and jewelry valued between $1,500 and $20,000 from a home April 6.
