President Obama is not upholding his oath
Editor, the Advocate:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
This is the oath taken by all presidents. I do not believe Obama has upheld the oath but has attempted to destroy, alter or circumvent parts of the Constitution. We have a system in place to make that determination, and it should be implemented now, before he is allowed to continue. The country's image has been badly damaged by his lies and alienation of our allies. It is obvious that he does not like Israel, perhaps because of his Muslim heritage, but they are one of our staunchest allies and should be respected and treated accordingly. The "nuclear program deal" is a very unwise decision and an unacceptable solution to Israel and most Americans. I do not believe Obama understands the Israelis' will and determination to survive. If Iran manages to build a nuclear weapon through the weakness of this program, Israel may turn their sand pile into a gigantic sheet of glass, a consequence that should have been given considerable concern and consideration.
Hopefully, the midterm election results will allow us to restore some dignity and repair the damage inflicted upon the nation, and our allies, by this dishonorable president.
Some claim Obama's legacy will be the disastrous Affordable Care Act.
I believe he will be remembered as the most prolific prevaricator (one who lies) in presidential history and an incompetent president on the same level as Jimmy Carter.
