THUMBS-UP

Thumbs-up to Jasmun Gonzales, who gave her free meal to a man who has no money. She is a great example of the younger generation.

Nelda, Goliad

Thumbs-up to the young man who helped me. I was at CVS Pharmacy getting two prescriptions and was told my total for a three-month supply. I said, no. I would just take one month's supply, as my insurance had not yet taken effect after my husband's death in December.

A very nice young man told the cashier to put the two-month supply, totaling $415.99, on his credit card. A complete stranger did this for me.

Thank you and may God continue to bless you for your kindness and generosity.

Polly, Victoria
