Arrested• VICTORIA - A 23-year-old Goliad woman by Texas Parks and Wildlife Tuesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone.

• VICTORIA - Christopher Devin Davis, 25, of Victoria, by sheriff's deputies Tuesday on a warrant charging him with assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

• VICTORIA - A 42-year-old Victoria man, by sheriff's deputies Tuesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram in a drug-free zone, possession of a controlled substance less than 28 grams in a drug-free zone and possession of marijuana.

• VICTORIA - A 25-year-old Victoria man by Texas Parks and Wildlife Tuesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone.

• VICTORIA - Laura Leigh Golden, 29, of Victoria, by officers Tuesday on a warrant charging her with violation of probation in fraudulent possession of a controlled substance or prescription.

• VICTORIA - Elias David Hernandez, 24, of Cuero, by officers Tuesday on a warrant charging him with assault causing bodily injury to a family member and evading arrest.

• VICTORIA - David Cortez Pena, 32, of Victoria, by the Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission Tuesday on a warrant charging him with possession of a controlled substance.

• VICTORIA - Arielle Cne Rice, 22, of Houston, by sheriff's deputies Tuesday on warrants charging her with bail jumping and failure to appear and theft of property above $50.

• VICTORIA - Sammy Anthony Salinas, 22, of Cuero, by sheriff's deputies Tuesday on a warrant charging him with engaging in organized criminal activity.

Sentenced

VICTORIA - Bobby Joe Guajardo, 46, of Victoria, to five years probation and 100 hours community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to evading arrest/detention with a vehicle.

VICTORIA - Ruby Ann Ochoa, 25, of Mission, to five years probation after she pleaded guilty to possessing between 50 and 2,000 pounds of marijuana.

VICTORIA - Craig Dwayne Bradford, 24, of Baytown, to five years probation and 80 hours community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to credit card or debit card abuse.

VICTORIA - Jarvis Tyray McGrew, 23, of Victoria, to three years and six months in prison after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to evading arrest/detention with a vehicle.

VICTORIA - Shannon Denise McEowen, 44, of Port Lavaca, to five years probation and 80 hours community service after she pleaded guilty Tuesday to theft of property less than $1,500 with two or more prior convictions.
