Six people were indicted by a grand jury Thursday after officials said they were caught breaking into a camper in Inez to cook meth.

Trinidad Silva, 39, Erica Nemes, 34, Bobbie Sue Fauth, 30, Mary Ann Harper, 25, Jonathan Suggs, 25, and Jason Beckner, 33, all of Victoria, are charged with manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance of about 400 grams, engaging in organized criminal activity, burglary with the intent to commit another felony and possession or transportation of a chemical with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance.

Victoria County Sheriff's Office deputies were initially dispatched the trailer Nov. 16 in reference to possible trespassers, according to earlier reports.

When they got there, they found more than 400 grams of methamphetamines inside and signs that a meth lab had been in operation, Sgt. Valarie McGuill said then.

Criminal District Attorney Stephen Tyler said this was one of the largest meth lab busts area law enforcement has made recently.

Each defendant has a jury trial scheduled for 9 a.m. May 1 before 377th District Judge Robert C. Cheshire.
