The annual Hope 4-H Project Show will be Saturday at the Hope 4-H Barn, Lavaca County Road 413 next to the Hope Community Center.

This year's show features nine hogs, two rabbits, one goat and one pen of broilers, said Glenda Smith, chairwoman of the Hope Livestock Association.

The event begins at 2:30 p.m. with cake judging, followed by animal judging at 4 p.m.

Rabbits will be judged first followed by broilers, goats and hogs.

A concession stand will be open selling hamburgers, chips, drinks and desserts in support of area 4-H members.

The auction starts at 7 p.m.
