Megan Jacinto and Justin Frisby, both of Odem, were married 5 p.m. on February 16, 2013 at D&E Party Barn in Victoria. Pastor C.B. Suggs, of Weesatche, officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Rudy Gutierrez and Rebecca Gutierrez, of Victoria. She is the granddaughter of Olga and Alfredo Gutierrez, of Goliad, and Rachel Sanchez and the late Reynaldo Sanchez, of Edna.
The groom is the son Robert and Betty Frisby, of Weesatche. He is the grandson of the late Darryl and Margaret Frisby, and the late Walter and Ruby Willms, all of Weesatche.
Sara Gutierrez, of Victoria, sister of the bride, attended as maid of honor. Donovan Loest, of Kenedy, served as best man.
Ushers were Jarrett Gutierrez, of Victoria, brother of the bride, and Jacoby Frisby, of Weesatche, brother of the groom.
A reception was held following the ceremony at D&E Party Barn. The couple will reside in Odem.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Goliad High School. She is currently attending Delmar College in Corpus Christi pursuing an associate's degree in paralegal studies.
The groom is a 2000 graduate of Goliad High School and a 2002 graduate of Victoria College with an associate of applied science degree in process technology. He is employed at Flint Hills Resources in Corpus Christi, Texas.
