The following is the menu for the Victoria Senior Activity Center for Feb. 25-March 1. Milk and bread are served with each meal.• MONDAY - Stuffed beef bell peppers, butter beans, carrots with lemon and parsley, orange sherbet

• TUESDAY - Eggplant parmesan casserole, salad with cucumber, corn, garlic sticks, gingerbread and raisin square

• WEDNESDAY - Baked turkey with gravy, broccoli, sweet potato, carrot and raisin salad, birthday cake with ice cream

• THURSDAY - Chicken breast with cheese, rice, steamed green beans, green salad, pineapple chunks

• FRIDAY - Salmon with dill sauce, black-eyed peas, three-bean salad, orange gelatin with fruit
