Senior Menu for Jan. 28-Feb. 1

The following is the menu for the Victoria Senior Activity Center for Jan. 28-Feb. 1. Milk and bread are served with each meal.• MONDAY - Baked beef and pasta casserole, three-bean salad, broccoli and cauliflower medley, garlic bread, cherry crisp

• TUESDAY - Pepper steak over rice, sugar snap peas, baked vegetable egg roll, sweet and sour sauce, oranges

• WEDNESDAY - Tex-Mex fajitas, flour tortilla, sauteed onion and bell pepper, lettuce and tomato, Spanish rice with tomato, birthday cake, ice cream

• THURSDAY - Crispy potato, crusted salmon fillet with dill sauce, mixed vegetables, cornbread, gelatin with oranges and pineapple

• FRIDAY - Pineapple-glazed ham, spinach, black-eyed peas, Boston cream pie
