Editor, the Advocate:

I would like to offer another option for De Leon Street by St. Joseph High School. I feel that a gate could be built and kept closed during school hours or a barricade could be erected and set out during school hours to block the street from through traffic. This would be simple and cost effective. It would also allow the street to be used at all other times, especially in case of emergencies.
