Editor, the Advocate:
I haven't written a letter since the beginning of school. It took a front-page story on the Advocate to get the attention of law enforcement and all the other higher bees. You guys were quick to put a statement out that stated you weren't aware of the problem, and then you showed up for a week. Where the heck are you now? My kids didn't drop out of school. We are now in January, and there is still an issue of the lovely non-law-abiding citizens who still can't see a big, yellow bus. Look, people, if you can't slow down and stop for kids loading the bus, then please leave your home or work a little earlier. I am not going to allow my children to be a newspaper headline because they were hit by a 3,000-pound vehicle. The afternoon drivers are actually better. They seem to be able to see a big, yellow bus. You. morning drivers, need to open your eyes. Trust me when I say I will NOT shut my mouth until something is done.
