High school students wanting to learn more about the dual credit opportunities offered through Victoria College can do so by attending one of four Dual Credit Orientation Sessions this summer.

Attendance is mandatory for all students who want to take early admission or dual credit courses at Victoria College in the fall. Students attending the session should be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian.

The sessions cover the admissions process, registration process, VC rules and regulations and important dates and deadlines.

Also covered are course delivery options, financial aid information and expectations of both the student and family when making the commitment to take early admission or dual credit classes.

The sessions will be at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, Aug. 13 and Aug. 20 in VC's Student Services Building in the Pre-college Programs and Recruitment conference area. For more information, contact Pre-college Programs at 361-485-6823 or email
