16-year-old uninjured after car flips
Officals tend to Joseph Garland, 16, after the black Mustang he was driving flipped on its side on Dairy Road Thursday afternoon. The Mustang was traveling south on Dairy Road near Huvar Street when it left the roadway for unknown reasons and struck the guardrail, said Senior Patrol Officer David Brogger. The car became airborne, flipped onto the driver's side and spun before coming to rest upright. The driver was not injured.
