Christine Culberson and Keith Wenske, both of Victoria, were married at 2 p.m. on June 1, 2013, at Our Lady of Victory Cathedral. Rev. David Berger of Cuero officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Alan and Jane Culberson of Victoria. She is the granddaughter of Shirley Neumann, of Victoria, the late Cecil F. Neumann, and Jack and Lanetta Culberson of Fredericksburg.
The groom is the son of Tim and Sheila Wenske of Yoakum. He is the grandson of Angeline Wenske, of Sweet Home, the late Otto Wenske, Leonard and Frances Pesek, of Shiner.
Aubrie Shugart attended as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jessica Granger, of Tomball, Michelle Lostracco, of College Station, Jessica Ehlinger of West, and Melody Vrana, of Temple.
Jeff Huebel, of Houston, served as best man. Groomsmen were Micah Granger, of Tomball, Karl Sonntag, of Austin, Jeff Bondi, of College Station, and Ryan Moore, of Houston.
Ushers were Kerry Culberson, of Victoria, Michael Pesek, Justin Pesek, and Brandon Pesek, all of College Station.
Acolytes were Baylee Young and Carson Young, both of Victoria.
A reception was held following the ceremony at Raisin L Ranch. The couple will honeymoon in Hawaii. They will reside in Victoria.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of St. Joseph High School and a 2010 graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station with a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology. She is a May graduate from the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Blinn College in Bryan. The bride will be employed in the physical therapy profession in Victoria.
The groom is a 2006 graduate of St. Joseph High School and a 2010 graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station with a bachelor of science degree in wildlife and fisheries. He is employed as a ranch manager of Turkey Creek Whitetail Ranch in the Victoria Area.
