My First Job: Richard Bothe

June 15, 2013 at 1:15 a.m.

• Name: Richard Bothe

• Age: 75

• City of residence: Victoria

• Current title: Regional board chairman for IBC Bank

• First job: My first job was delivering grocery circulars at my little neighborhood grocery when I was 10 or 12.

• What it taught me: It taught me a lot of responsibility. I could have easily pitched all of those circulars into the garbage, but I learned to be responsible on the job and make sure they were all delivered.
