A new music festival is coming to Victoria on Sunday.

Rad Fest, put on by Edwin Kuykendall, 27, of Victoria, will feature bands from Victoria, Austin, Shiner and Corpus Christi.

Twelve acts will perform everything from rock to folk music. Even poets are represented in the performances, Kuykendall said.

"There is a little bit of everything for everybody," he said.

The event, at Ethel Lee Tracy Park Amphitheater, is free, but Kuykendall recommends bringing an ice chest with drinks and chairs and/or umbrella to relax during the day.
