Sentenced

VICTORIA - John Lawrence Aldis, 25, of Victoria, to 10 years in prison after his probation for a January 2009 manufacturing and delivering of a controlled substance less than 28 grams in a drug-free zone was revoked Tuesday.

VICTORIA - Nathan Reyes, 20, of Victoria, to 10 years in prison after his probation for an October 2010 burglary of a habitation charge was revoked Tuesday.

VICTORIA - Jordan Alan Hatcher, 22, of Victoria, to two years in state jail after his probation for a May 2011 burglary of a habitation charge was revoked Tuesday. Hatcher also was sentenced to two years in state jail after his probation was revoked Tuesday for a May 2010 possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram charge.

VICTORIA - Brandi Shuntel McKnight, 30, of Victoria, to seven days in county jail after her sentence was amended Tuesday for an April 2012 theft of property less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions case.

VICTORIA - Matthew Esquivel, 30, of Port Lavaca, to 10 days in county jail after his sentence was amended Tuesday for a December 2007 violation of probation in an injury to a child, elderly or disabled person with intent to do bodily injury case.

VICTORIA - Leigh Anne Redmon, 37, of Victoria, to 10 years in prison after his probation was revoked Tuesday for an August 2007 possessing or transporting a chemical with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.

VICTORIA - Brandon Michael McCleney, 31, of Victoria, to two years probation after he pleaded no contest Wednesday to assault of a family or household member by impeding their breath or circulation.

VICTORIA - Damian Ramon, 39, of Victoria, to two years probation after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to injury to a child, elderly or disabled person criminal negligence.

VICTORIA - Lazaro M. Garcia, 49, of Houston, to 10 years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was charged with cutting a man with a knife Jan 22.

VICTORIA - Gilbert C. Garza, 29, of Victoria, to two years in state jail for each of the following charges - unauthorized use of a vehicle, two counts of forgery of a financial instrument and theft of property less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions - after he pleaded guilty to them Wednesday.

VICTORIA - Andrew Louis Cantu, 49, of Victoria, to five years probation after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams.

VICTORIA - Robert Daniel Hallbrook, 48, of Victoria, to five years probation and 100 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to transfer precursor substance for unlawful manufacture.
