Indicted

Jose Manuel Navarro, 38, of Seadrift, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams and prohibited substance in a correction facility Dec. 15.

Daniel Eugene Nelson, 49, of Victoria, on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge. He is charged with pointing a firearm at and putting the barrel of the gun on the chest of a person Nov. 26.

Kenneth Allen Ortiz, 48, of Grand Forks, N.D., on a charge of driving while intoxicated third or more offense Dec. 31, 2011.

Israel Liserio Perez Jr., 31, of Bloomington, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, cocaine, Nov. 29.

Corbett Dewey King III, 31, of Edna, on a charge of theft less than $1,500 with two previous convictions. He is charged with taking an air conditioner transmitter and a power inverter from a business.

Aaron Mario Jimenez Jr., 17, of Victoria, on three counts of abandoning, endangering a child in imminent danger of bodily injury. He is charged with excessive speeding while a child younger than 15 years old was a passenger Dec. 23.

Panfilo Jose Perez Jr., 41, of Victoria, on charges of sex abuse of a child, continuous with a victim under 14, indecency with a child by sexual contact and two sexual assault of a child charges. He is charged with having sexual relations with two children - one younger than 17 and the other younger than 14 - over a period of time.

Jose Alfred Martinez Jr., 32, of Victoria, on a charge of aggravated assault of a date, family or household member with a weapon. He is charged with striking, hitting, pushing and choking a family member Nov. 7.

Rogelio Salinas Jr., 28, of Cuero, on a charge of assault of a family or household member with a pervious conviction. He is charged with injuring a family member Sept. 15.
